New York Rangers' new motto: 'Clean Slate ... Grab It!'

The New York Rangers have a new motto. I'm not sure what their old one was, but here's the new one, via the New York Post's Larry Brooks: 

"Clean Slate ... Grab It!" 

Yes, seriously.

"[The Rangers] started their first training camp under Vigneault on Wednesday wearing T-shirts bearing the 2013-14 slogan while going through their physicals that preceded Thursday’s on-ice testing and the preseason work during which the new coaching staff will install its system and communicate its philosophy."

Rangers head coach Alain Vigneault, about to start his first season with the club, spoke about the motto:

"They will have an idea [at the meeting] what I’m looking for. They will have a real good idea where the coaching staff is coming from and what to expect. It’s a clean slate, everyone is going to get a chance. It’s up to them to grab it."

Deep.
