The New York Islanders have signed 2013 first-round draft pick Ryan Pulock.

Pulock has spent the last three years with the Brandon Wheat Kings of the WHL, scoring over 40 points a season consistently as a defenseman.
He was recently named the captain of the Brandon Wheat Kings, and is not in the lineup for Sunday's preseason game against the Ottawa Senators.
