Vancouver Canucks defenseman Tyler Myers was helped off the ice in the first period of Friday's clash with the Philadelphia Flyers after colliding with Joel Farabee in the offensive zone.
The Canucks announced Myers won't return to the game.
Myers signed a three-year, $9-million contract with Vancouver in June. He's been with Vancouver since the 2019-20 season and has accumulated 106 points in 361 games with the club while averaging more than 21 minutes per contest.
