Hampus Lindholm out weeks with lower-body injury
Boston Bruins defenseman Hampus Lindholm will miss weeks of action due to a lower-body injury sustained in Tuesday's win over the St. Louis Blues, head coach Jim Montgomery announced Wednesday.
Lindholm exited the contest after blocking a shot from Justin Faulk.

Lindholm is a key piece of the Bruins' defensive corps. He plays top-four minutes and has contributed seven points in 17 games this season.
Boston acquired Lindholm from the Anaheim Ducks in March 2022 and signed him to an eight-year extension shortly after.
The Bruins are 8-7-2 on the season and return to action Thursday against the Dallas Stars.
