Watch: Senators EBUG huffs it on foot to make it to arena
Ottawa Senators emergency backup goaltender Zach Dietz had to scramble to get to Canadian Tire Centre in time for puck drop Saturday night, and his hilariously frantic adventure was caught on camera.
Dietz was seen running toward the arena carrying his gear bag on the side of the road.

Dietz made it on time while still sporting the Josh Norris jersey he planned to wear to the game as a fan.

Senators netminder Anton Forsberg sustained an injury during the warmup. Linus Ullmark started in his place and made 25 saves in a 3-2 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The 22-year-old Dietz has a .930 save percentage in three games with the University of Ottawa this season.
