Yakupov and new coach Dallas Eakins have been at odds over the sophomore winger plays his game. Eakins would like to see Yakupov pass the puck more, use his body, and forecheck while Eakins would prefer quick passes and playing a complete game. Yakupov will have to change his attitude if he wants to get back on the ice anytime soon.
