Red Wings G Jonas Gustavsson named NHL's first star of the week
Detroit Red Wings goaltender Jonas Gustavsson has been named the NHL's first star for the week ending Oct. 20, edging out forwards Sidney Crosby and Patrick Marleau for the honor.
Making his first 3 appearances of the season, Gustavsson (@DetroitRedWings) posted a 3-0-0 record with a 1.67 GAA and .953 save percentage.

Crosby registered two goals and six assists in three games for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and Marleau scored three goals and three assists in three games for the San Jose Sharks.
