Another day, another accolade for Sidney Crosby.

The Pittsburgh Penguins captain became only the sixth player in NHL history to record 500 multi-point games Saturday against the Seattle Kraken. Crosby scored in the first period then drew an assist on Evgeni Malkin's power-play marker to achieve the feat.

Crosby finds himself in elite company after his latest milestone.

Rank Player GP Multi-point games
1 Wayne Gretzky 1487 824
2 Jaromir Jagr 1733 540
3 Marcel Dionne 1348 513
4 Mark Messier 1756 513
5 Gordie Howe 1767 511
6 Sidney Crosby 1373 500

Crosby's notched more multi-point games than pointless games (402) throughout his career, according to Penguins PR.

The 38-year-old became only the ninth player to reach 1,700 career points earlier this season. He's up to 23 points in 21 games to start his 21st NHL campaign.
