The Los Angeles Kings are signing a trio of veteran forwards to kick off free agency.

The Kings are inking Corey Perry, to a one-year, $1-million contract, reports The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun. Los Angeles will also add Mats Zuccarello at the same term and price, reports The Athletic's Chris Johnston, and is bringing in Erik Haula on a two-year pact worth $3.6 million per season, reports LeBrun.

Perry joined the Kings last summer but was traded to the Tampa Bay Lightning prior to the playoffs. He registered 37 points in 72 games split between the two clubs.

Zuccarello's contract includes performance bonuses, LeBrun adds. The 38-year-old has spent the past seven seasons with the Minnesota Wild and notched 54 points in 59 games in 2025-26.

Haula registered 38 points in 81 games with the Nashville Predators this past season. The Kings will be the eighth team that Haula has suited up for in his 14-year NHL career.

The Kings entered the day with approximately $7.4 million in cap space, per PuckPedia. Los Angeles was swept in the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs this spring and then hired Peter Laviolette as its new head coach earlier in June.
