GIF: Ducks D Cam Fowler should probably practice his line changes
Anaheim Ducks defenseman Cam Fowler possesses among the smoothest strides of any NHL skater. Smooth is not, however, how one might describe this sequence, which occurred during Anaheim's 1-0 overtime victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning:

To caption what occurred: Fowler first fell of the bench while play was going on nearby. He recovered and hopped back up to the bench, only to mistakenly think it was time for his to take a shift. He skates a quick circle and returns to the bench embarrassed while teammate Hampus Lindholm laughs riotously at him.
Pretty great.
