Bruins D Seidenberg out for season with knee injury
Boston Bruins defenseman Dennis Seidenberg will not play in another game this season.
The Bruins expect Seidenberg's recovery time will be six to eight months.
Seidenberg suffered the injury late in the third period of Friday night's 5-0 victory over the Ottawa Senators.
The 32-year-old blueliner had one goal and nine assists in 34 games for the Bruins this season. He was a +11 with ten penalty minutes.
Only Zdeno Chara (25:02) had more time-on-ice than Seidenberg (21:50) among Bruins defensemen in 2013-14.
