Mats Zuccarello the only NHL player named to Norway's men's Olympic ice hockey team
Skilled New York Rangers forward Mats Zuccarello - who is one of the league's better puck possession players over the past few seasons, and has been productive enough of late to move past the "sneaky good" label - was the only NHL player named to Norway's men's Olympic ice hockey team on Tuesday.
Beyond Zuccarello, Team Norge is bringing two KHL players and a handful of skaters who ply their trade in a variety of Scandinavian professional leagues. Former NHL skaters Ole-Kristian Tollefsen, Jonas Holøs, and Patrick Thoresen will also represent the Kingdom of Norway at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.
