Kesler, who injured the hand after blocking an Ilya Kovalchuk shot at the Olympics, will not play Wednesday against the St. Louis Blues, despite playing four games in Sochi after getting hurt.
In 60 games this season, Kesler has scored 20 goals and added 18 assists.
