Canadiens erase 4-1 lead with less than 4 minutes to play, steal win from Senators in OT
The Ottawa Senators held the dreaded 4-1 lead late in the third period of Saturday's game against the Montreal Canadiens.
With the clock winding down, the Canadiens scored three goals in under four minutes, and forced overtime on a controversial power play goal by David Desharnais with only 0.4 seconds left on the clock.
Senators goaltender Robin Lehner was visibly upset - he thought he was interfered with - as he yelled at the referees and smashed his stick on the ice.

After the goal was reviewed and deemed a good goal, the Canadiens completed the comeback on another controversial goal by Francis Bouillon in overtime.
Lehner believed he had the puck under his pad, and when it was jarred loose, Bouillon had an empty net to work with to seal the win.

The majority of Senators skated towards the referee in anger after the overtime goal was scored demanding an explanation.
The referee's explanation: it was too loud. Yeah.
