Red Wings F Henrik Zetterberg hopes to return for the postseason

Detroit Red Wings captain Henrik Zetterberg hasn't played a game of hockey since he expertly manned the half-wall for Sweden's dangerous power play in the first game of the Sochi Winter Olympic Games. Zetterberg returned early from Sochi and underwent back surgery.

On Wednesday, Zetterberg - sporting a beard that can only be described as "magnificent" - addressed the media and talked about his recovery.

"I want to play hockey again this year. Obviously that would be sometime in the playoffs," Zetterberg said during the scrum.
