Riddick Bowe is a Leafs fan, still mad about Gretzky's high stick
Former WBA, WBC and IBF heavyweight boxing champion Riddick Bowe bleeds blue and white.
No, he doesn't have some sort of rare disease where his wounds spout non-crimson colors, he's just a gigantic Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Both in the literal, and figurative sense.
All you have to do to test Bowe's authenticity as a Leafs fan is check his twitter feed. It's littered with Toronto Maple Leafs hashtags, references to Wayne Gretzky's high stick on Doug Gilmour, and a not at all veiled threat towards head coach Randy Carlyle.
If u ask how ima #leafs fan? I got a home in Toronto for 20 yrs. My heart still hurts of the bitch refs no call on Gretzkys high stick in 93

A healthy hate for Randy Carlyle? Check. A still very real anger stemming from the 1993 Western Conference Finals? Check. An overwhelming feeling of dread and hockey hopelessness? Check.
Yep, he's a true Leafs fan.
