VIDEO: Marian Gaborik roofs backhand past Antti Niemi

Los Angeles Kings forward Marian Gaborik was acquired in a trade-deadline deal with the Columbus Blue Jackets to give the offensively-challenged Kings an injection of high-end skill. 

On Tuesday night, Gaborik's promise came to the forefront in the second period, when the Slovakian winger roofed a highlight reel backhand past Sharks goaltender Antti Niemi to give the Kings a one-goal lead:
