Flyers' Steve Downie to have surgery on both ears to improve hearing

The Philadelphia Flyers kept things very quiet down the stretch as forward Steve Downie dealt with an upper-body injury.
General manager Paul Holmgren told reporters Downie wasn't dealing with a concussion, but he had "a lot of things going on."
