Report: Agent Pat Brisson will not pursue Penguins GM job
NHL super agent Pat Brisson, who is the head of Creative Artist Agency's hockey division and represents NHL stars like Nathan MacKinnon, Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane, and Pittsburgh Penguins superstar Sidney Crosby, will not be pursuing the vacant general manager job with the Penguins according to a report from TSN's Bob McKenzie.
"Ron (Burkle), Mario (Lemieux) and I have been friends for a very long time. We've been linked to each other for many years and have exchanged ideas on many fronts and the business of hockey especially," Brisson said, via McKenzie's Twitter feed. "They reached out on possible candidates for the vacant GM job on Friday. As for me, I am happy with what I do at CAA and will continue on the path of representing players."
