Los Angeles Kings forward Kyle Clifford underwent wrist surgery around the same time as goaltender Jonathan Quick (June 24) and is expected to miss six-to-eight weeks.
Jon Rosen of LAKingsInsider reports Clifford underwent surgery to fix "a small fracture of a bone in one of his wrists."
Clifford tallied eight points in 71 games last season including seven in 24 playoff games.
