Cory Sarich provides positive update following cycling crash

Free agent defenseman Cory Sarich took to Twitter Friday to update the hockey world of his condition since breaking multiple vertebrae in a cycling crash.
I am up and moving and may get to go home today. I am extremely blessed to be sitting here sending everyone an update.

Minus the five broken vertebrate and some serious road rash, I have had nothing but good news here in the hospital. No surgery, no brace.
