Colorado Avalanche goaltender Semyon Varlamov is working hard to prove his 2013-14 season was no fluke.
The 26-year-old Vezina Trophy finalist pushed himself to the limit during this recent workout session; unfortunately for him, it ended with a bit of a thud.
