Report: Canucks' Markstrom clears waivers
Nobody wants Vancouver Canucks goalie Jacob Markstrom:
Markstrom clears...no claim made.

Teams had until 12 p.m. ET on Saturday to make a claim. Either they forgot, or passed.
Markstrom struggled badly last season, posting a nasty .873 save percentage in 16 games. He had an .868 save percentage in four games with the Canucks, after he was acquired from the Florida Panthers in the Roberto Luongo trade.
Markstrom's set to earn $1.4 million this season, in the NHL or AHL, with a cap hit of $1.2 million.
With Ryan Miller now in the crease in Vancouver, and Eddie Lack set to back him up, Markstrom, 24, appears to be the odd man out.
Or maybe not:
Jacob Markstrom was having a great camp. They did not want to expose him in games. Canucks are happy to see him stay in the organization.
