Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender James Reimer took part in an optional skate less than 24 hours after being removed from Sunday's 6-3 win over the New York Rangers due to precaution.
He sustained an unexpected blow to the head from Dominic Moore, causing his neck to lash back.
Reimer said he was fine following the game despite needing to be replaced by Jonathan Bernier.
