GIF: Lightning's Stralman stacks shin pads to rob Canadiens of a sure goal

The Tampa Bay Lightning gave Anton Stralman a contract worth more than $20 million in the offseason because of his defensive ability, and he provided some goaltending on Monday as a bonus.
Following a Canadiens point shot during the second period, Stralman slipped behind Lightning netminder Ben Bishop and kicked a Jiri Sekac opportunity off the goal line when Sekac had a wide-open net to shoot at.

Stralman is averaging over 22 minutes of ice-time through Tampa Bay's first two games and more plays like this one should solidify his leading role on the team's blue line.
