GIF: Brad Marchand sticks P.K. Subban in the groin, gets away with it
Boston Bruins super-pest Brad Marchand knows how to work officials and agitate opponents, and his full arsenal of tricks were on display on Thursday at the Bell Centre in Montreal.
In the second period, Marchand, who was infesting the Montreal Canadiens' home-ice for the first time this season, gave Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban a subtle stick to the groin. When Subban went down in pain, Marchand shrugged passively at the officials.
In doing so, the Bruins agitator helped sell an embellishment call for Subban.

Remember hockey fans: Marchand's true genius isn't in the way he inflicts pain and frustration upon his opponents. It's the way he gets away with it. In this instance, a two-minute minor was assessed to Subban and helped nullify the slashing penalty called against Marchand.
The Bruins winger isn't just a pest, he's like the Stuart Little or the Ralph S. Mouse of hockey rats.
