Report: Islanders' Grabovski passed concussion test Thursday, woke up with symptoms Friday
The New York Islanders will not have injured forward Mikhail Grabovski in their lineup this weekend due to a collision with San Jose Sharks forward John Scott on Thursday night.
As well as being ruled out indefinitely, Arthur Staple of Newsday revealed a few more details about Grabovski's condition on Saturday afternoon.

Grabovski will not be re-evaluated until next week, according to Staple.
