The depleted Boston Bruins blue line has taken another hit.
Defenseman Torey Krug will miss two-to-three weeks with a broken finger sustained in Tuesday's loss to the Minnesota Wild, according to general manager Peter Chiarelli.
The Bruins are already without defenseman Zdeno Chara, who is expected to miss another three-to-five weeks with a knee injury, and Kevan Miller, who is out indefinitely with a dislocated shoulder.
In a pair of corresponding moves, Boston has recalled defensemen Joe Morrow and David Warsofsky from Providence of the AHL.
