Pirri (concussion) was placed on injured reserve Friday, George Richards of the Miami Herald reports.
Analysis:
Pirri was already ruled out for Saturday's game because of the concussion, but now will miss at least a week as a result. The Panthers called up Rocco Grimaldi and Vincent Trochek to replace Pirri and Dave Bolland (groin) on the roster while they are on IR.
