VIDEO: Islanders' Halak makes unorthodox save with shoulder and crossbar

New York Islanders netminder Jaroslav Halak used everything at his disposal to keep a rolling puck from trickling in off his shoulder during Friday's game against the Florida Panthers.

Halak felt the puck inching across his shoulder pad late in the second period and pinned it underneath the crossbar before it could completely cross the goal line. Replays confirmed the save, which will likely go down as one of the oddest stops in Halak's career.
