Boychuk returns for 3rd period after injury scare
New York Islanders defenseman Johnny Boychuk is playing through pain, but at least he's still playing.
The top-pairing, right-handed shooting defenseman left Tuesday's game between the Islanders and the Tampa Bay Lightning with an apparent leg injury in the second period, but was back for the start of the third frame.
