Garbutt (upper body) was on the ice for practice Monday, Mark Stepnieski of the NHL.com reports.
Analysis:
Garbutt was expected to miss about a week with his injury, and a return Tuesday would fit right into that timetable. If he is unable to go, the Stars' next game isn't until Friday, which would give him three additional days of rest.
