VIDEO: Islanders' Hickey scores OT winner against Senators with strong individual effort

New York Islanders defenseman Thomas Hickey spun his way around the Ottawa Senators to score the overtime winner Tuesday.

Hickey took a pass at the blue line and channeled Drew Doughty with a spin move to get past Senators forward Kyle Turris before skating below the goal line. He went around the net and put the puck in off the skate of Ottawa defenseman Cody Ceci to give New York the win.

Hickey seems to enjoy the open ice of 4-on-4 overtime. His first career goal was also an overtime winner.
