Analysis:

Street was ruled out for seven-to-10 days back on Nov. 30, but coach Patrick Roy may have opted to scratch him over the last few games had he been at full health. The Avalanche shouldn't have too much difficulty covering for his absence in the bottom-six forward groupings until he's ready to go, perhaps at some point next week.
