VIDEO: Erik Karlsson bails out Robin Lehner with timely kick save

Ottawa Senators defenseman Erik Karlsson is often criticized for his defensive play.
That's complete nonsense, of course. Though, for all that Karlsson lacks defensively, he's apparently a totally capable goaltender.
In the first period of the Senators' Saturday afternoon matinee contest against the Boston Bruins, Senators goaltender Robin Lehner got caught marauding out nearly 30 feet from his net. Bruins forward Brad Marchand neatly deked around the prone netminder and had an open net to shoot at, but he was left frustrated by Karlsson's deft kick save:
