Sabres coach sends mixed messages about Gionta's injury following Bartkowski hit

One thing's for sure: Brian Gionta is injured.
The exact nature of what ails him following a hit delivered by Matt Bartkowski of the Boston Bruins is a bit murky, based on this report from Buffalo Sabres head coach Ted Nolan.
Nolan said Gionta's injury is partly a head injury, but not a concussion and could be week to week with upper body injury.

The veteran winger contributed four goals and seven assists in 34 games for Nolan's Sabres.
