Top 2015 draft prospect Connor McDavid displayed poise beyond his years, scoring to lift the Erie Otters over the North Bay Battalion in overtime Saturday.
McDavid gained the zone in the extra period and waited out both Battalion defenders while cutting through the slot before sliding the puck around the North Bay netminder for his third point of the contest.
