VIDEO: Red Wings' Nyquist scores after Sabres' Strachan takes puck to face

Things literally could not have gone worse on this play for Buffalo Sabres defenseman Tyson Strachan.
Deployed by head coach Ted Nolan to help kill a second period penalty, Strachan took a Henrik Zetterberg slap shot in the face, causing him to drop to the ice and begin bleeding profusely.
As that was taking place, the puck found its way to the stick of Gustav Nyquist, who promptly tapped a rebound out of the air and into the Buffalo net.

Strachan was forced to leave the game to receive medical attention, but returned later in the period.
