Sharks assign Hertl to AHL at All-Star break

Struggling sophomores don't get breaks.
Tomas Hertl has been sent to Worcester of the AHL, the San Jose Sharks announced.
The AHL club plays a pair of games over All-Star Weekend, giving Hertl - who has recorded eight goals and nine assists in 48 games - some extra ice time with which find his stride before the second half of the NHL season.
