Detroit Red Wings netminder Petr Mrazek's night ended after 40 minutes against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday.
Mrazek allowed five goals on 15 shots before making way for Tom McCollum to start the third period.
Mrazek has allowed at least four goals in each of his last three starts. McCollum entered Thursday with two career NHL appearances, including a relief appearance on Jan. 18.
