Report: Maple Leafs GM Nonis scouting Mike Richards in Manchester

The Toronto Maple Leafs may be looking to Manchester for help.
General manager Dave Nonis is heading to the AHL city where it's believed he will be scouting the recently-waived Mike Richards, according to John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL and Andy Tonge of Mayor's Manor.
Richards, assigned to the Monarchs by the Los Angeles Kings earlier this week, is suiting up for the minor-league club this weekend.
The Maple Leafs, along with the Calgary Flames, are two of the teams tied to Richards in trade talks.
