Report: Cal Clutterbuck was investigated for allegedly spitting on Daniel Sedin

The NHL reportedly investigated and invalidated allegations that New York Islanders agitator Cal Clutterbuck spat on Vancouver Canucks forward Daniel Sedin, according to TSN's Darren Dreger. 

The moment in question occurred late in the third period Sunday, as the Canucks were putting the finishing touches on a 4-0 shutout.

There's no clear evidence to suggest any wrongdoing.
