Jets recall Ellerby from St. John's; no update on Myers' injury

The Winnipeg Jets have recalled defenseman Keaton Ellerby from their AHL affiliate in St. John's.
Ellerby has 16 points in 41 games with the IceCaps.
The move seems to come in reaction to Jets defenseman Tyler Myers leaving Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Florida Panthers with an upper-body injury.
"I don't have an update on Tyler, and we'll see how he comes back tomorrow," head coach Paul Maurice told reporters Friday.
The Jets face the Tampa Bay Lighting at Amalie Arena on Saturday night.
