Nikita Kucherov could be facing supplemental discipline after an ugly incident during Saturday's game against Winnipeg.
The young Tampa Bay Lightning forward was assessed a five-minute boarding major and a game misconduct for this hit from behind on Jets defenseman Toby Enstrom.
Kucherov, who scored his 26th goal of the season minutes earlier, recorded only 30 penalty minutes in 121 career games heading into Saturday's action.
Enstrom, who was visibly injured and bleeding profusely, was forced to leave the game, but was able to return.
