Hitchcock on players Blues need for Game 4: "Messier, Gretzky ... Kurri’s fine"

If only it were that easy.
The St. Louis Blues fell 3-0 to the Minnesota Wild Monday night and find themselves down 2-1 in the series, but Blues head coach Ken Hitchcock seems to have the answer to get his team back in it.
The veteran bench boss told reporters Tuesday that his team needed the likes of Mark Messier, Wayne Gretzky, Glenn Anderson, or Jarri Kurri for game 4.
Considering all four of those men are enshrined in the Hockey Hall of Fame, he's probably right.
Unfortunately for Hitchcock, it doesn't look like any of the four will be suiting up Wednesday when the Blues will look to knot the series up at two.
