Islanders' Nelson, Lee added to U.S. roster for World Championship

The United States gained a pair of forwards and a goaltender Thursday for the upcoming World Hockey Championship.
New York Islanders center Brock Nelson confirmed to reporters that he will join the American squad at the tournament.
Nelson and teammate Anders Lee leave Thursday for the Czech Republic.
Dallas Stars prospect Jack Campbell is also on his way to Prague, according to Mark Stepneski of the club's official website.
The USA opens its World Championship schedule against Finland on Friday.
