Dermott is a mobile puck-mover who makes smart plays and rarely gets caught out of position. He recorded 45 points with Erie playing alongside 2015 first-round picks Connor McDavid and Dylan Strome.
Toronto traded down twice before selecting Dermott, turning the 24th overall selection into the 34th, 61st and 68th picks. They used the 61st pick on Bracco - a skilled forward known for his work ethic and strong skating.
