Alexander Burmistrov returns to Jets on 2-year deal

The Winnipeg Jets have signed Alexander Burmistrov to a two-year deal.
Burmistrov, 23, will make his return to the Jets after leaving the franchise to play in the KHL, where he recorded 10 goals, 16 assists, and 40 penalty minutes in 53 games for Kazan Ak-Bars.
The young forward was the eighth-overall selection in the 2010 NHL Draft, earning 58 points in 194 NHL contests.
