"Miracle on Ice" goaltender Jim Craig is selling his Olympic gold medal, along with 19 other items as part of a near $6-million collectors auction beginning in August.
Craig, who's pricing the medal at $1.5 million, has also set a $1-million value on his game-worn jersey, as well as the American flag he draped over his shoulders during the celebration of the historic win.
He will be the third member of the United States' 1980 Olympic men's hockey team to part with the improbable gold, but he's set to make the most profit. Mark Wells sold his for $310,700, while Mark Pavelich pocketed $262,900.
