The Chicago Blackhawks have agreed to a one-year contract with forward Joakim Nordstrom.
The 23-year-old signed a two-way deal worth $605,000 in the NHL and $67,500 in the AHL, Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reports.
Nordstrom appeared in 38 games for the Blackhawks last season, splitting the campaign between Chicago and the AHL's Rockford IceHogs.
He made $600,000 in each of his three entry-level seasons. Chicago selected him 90th overall in 2010.
Forward Marcus Kruger is now the team's only remaining restricted free agent.
